Paul in 2005 established “Monika” a food temperature monitoring company. Paul was well qualified for the job with a degree in Accounting and Ba in Business. His father’s family has a company in England which originally marketed this product, and his Grandmother actually named the product Monika.
Paul’s company in Australia which markets Monika is all about food safety solutions. At present there are six people working in his company. His product is found in age care facilities, Tafe colleges, food manufactures and hotels.
The mission at Monika is to help clients achieve compliance efficiency and best practice when processing and storing food, clinical substances and other high risk products. These products require temperature control, good hygiene and sound working methods to keep them safe and fit for the purpose and Monika ensures this happens.
When Paul finished his presentation, he then went on to show us how his temperature control devices worked.
Paul was a very interesting and informative guest and very pleasant in his manner, we hope he will return to our club again and give us an update of how his company is performing in Australia I am sure we wish him all the best in his career.
